Rigi Workshop 2015: Mathematical and Computational Modeling in Life Sciences - Rigi, Switzerland
The Rigi-Workshop 2015 will take place from January 18 to 20, 2015, at the Rigi-Kulm Hotel, Switzerland. Its aim is to bring together mathematics, computer science and biology. The workshop is open to PhD students from all Swiss institutions of higher learning. Postdoctoral applications are also considered. Student participation will be competitive.

The course "O2 for personalized systems medicine: from inspiration to aspiration" will provide an overview of recent progress in the field of personalised systems medicine, and will provide an understanding of its future potential. It will engage participants in in silico hands-on practice. The course will be held on January (28) 29-30, 2015 in Amsterdam. This course is for PhD students, postdocs and staff from academia and industry, aspiring to becoming ‘next generation systems biologists’.
