SystemsX.ch Postdoc Workshop and Retreat 2016
SystemsX.ch is once again organizing two popular courses for young researchers. Following the success of this year's event, the Postdoc Workshop 2016 will focus on leadership and management skills. It will take place from February 17-18 in Gerzensee. Register now - first come, first served! The topic of the SystemsX.ch Retreat 2016 will be career development for young scientists. It will take place from May 24-27 at Schloss Münchenwiler. Registration for this course will open soon.
Interdisciplinary research in all its diversity
This year’s All SystemsX.ch Day underlined just how interdisciplinary the research in systems biology has become. Around 200 researchers from all over Switzerland took part in the fully booked event to present and discuss their projects, and get to know the work of others. More »

Olga Schubert wins award
Dr. Olga Schubert from the ETH Zurich recently won the Early Career Researcher Manuscript Competition, organized by the Human Proteome Organization (HUPO). Three finalists presented their work on September 30, 2015 at the HUPO World Congress in Vancouver, and the jury awarded first prize to Schubert for her presentation of the manuscript titled “Absolute Proteome Composition and Dynamics during Dormancy and Resuscitation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis”. Since then, the paper has been published in Cell Host & Microbe.
This research was carried out as part of the SystemsX.ch RTD Project TbX.
