PRE-SEED Workshop (PSW) 2016 - Fribourg, Switzerland

This workshop specifically targets high-technology entrepreneurial ideas that could be the basis for a start-up company. Condensed over two and a half days, (April 12,13 and 20) this workshop will prepare participants for entry into the existing Swiss start-up promotion ecosystem. The deadline for applications is March 15, 2016.

Multivariate analysis for exploration and visualization of biological data - Lausanne, Switzerland

The SIB course "Multivariate analysis for exploration and visualization of biological data" will be held in Lausanne on April 20, 2016 and is addressed to life scientists, willing to become familiar with some of the most common methods for summarizing and creating graphical representations of multivariate data, such as principal component analysis (PCA), multidimensional scaling (MDS) and correspondence analysis (CA).
